Besides antioxidant effects, Opti WHITE® is also a nutrient for the yests. Recommended for mashing highly characteristic fruits.
Dosing: 1 bag (30 dkg.) of Opti White is enough for 100 liters of mash. Mix with 10x amount of water or mash, and dose it before adding the yeasts.
