Yeasts drive the fermentation process, therefore high quality yeasts are essential for high quality mashes - and high quality destillates. Selected yeast cells are able to ferment in extreme conditions, where harmful micro-organisms are unable to survive. Uvaferm CM Yeasts are best used for berries and stoned fruits.

The 20g dose is enough for 100 kg. of mash.
